Set up of hazardous wastewater treatment business in Singapore and PRC to undertake consulting services and provide tailored-made system under EPC business model for governmental and commercial operators.

2005
Venture into environmental business by securing contracts to build and operate industrial cum municipal wastewater treatment plants in PRC. Todate, AnnAik Limited has 8 wastewater treatment plants under BOT/BOO business model in PRC.
4 September 2003
Ann Aik Pte Ltd was listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange and changed its name to AnnAik Limited. The successful listing of the Company’s shares marks a significant milestone in its corporate history.
Early 1990s
Ann Aik Pte Ltd expanded its distribution business to Malaysia. It also engaged in manufacturing of stainless steel flanges and high pressure forged steel fittings in PRC. Todate, the Company owns one manufacturing plant in Penang, Malaysia after strategic withdrawal of manufacturing business from PRC to Malaysia in 2013.

Ann Aik Pte Ltd is incorporated in Singapore and commenced operations as a stockist and distributor of general hardware products with a staff size of three at rented shophouse.
